Which insurance companies do you work with?
We work with all insurance companies. However, we are approved contractors for the following insurance companies:

  • USAA Insurance
  • Allstate Insurance
  • American Family Insurance
What are your hours?
Our normal business hours are 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. We are available on an emergency basis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can reach us by calling our corporate office at (602) 265-5855 and speaking to a live operator.

What is the typical procedure in most restoration projects, to help me put my home back in order?

  1. You or your insurance company should contact SOS Restoration to come out to your home to perform an assessment of the damages. We call this our estimate.
  2. Our estimate is then sent to your adjuster, this is done electronically.
  3. Our “Authorization” form is signed by the homeowner or representative appointed by the homeowner, authorizing SOS Restoration to perform the repairs.
  4. Your deductible along with your signed Authorization form is received in our office. We schedule your repairs to begin. We welcome you to stop by our office or mail the deductible and signed Authorization form.
  5. An SOS superintendent is assigned to your project and sent to survey the job to make an educated evaluation for time and materials needed. If the property is vacant, the superintendent will make arrangements to receive a key.
  6. Your restoration project begins. An SOS superintendent will work with you regarding color and material samples for carpet, paint, wallpaper, etc.
  7. Your restoration project is completed.
  8. Our billing is sent to the homeowner with our Work Completion form. If the insurance check has your mortgage company name on it, we will need information from you in order to contact your mortgage company to obtain the appropriate endorsements. WE WILL TAKE CARE OF ANY AND ALL NECESSARY PAPERWORK WITH REGARD TO YOUR MORTGAGE COMPANY. We may need your assistance by having you sign necessary forms which may be required by your mortgage company that would verify work is in progress or work has been completed.

I have had an insurance loss and have always wanted the wall removed between my kitchen and living room; can we do this now?
